Having found its voice on a series of brochure projects by connecting
its technological advances with the personal enjoyment of music, B&W
wanted to create a microsite that would strengthen this association,
attract new customers and act as an introduction to its products.
The site has four main sections, each focusing on a specific state of
mind: absorbed, released, cleansed and intoxicated. They include descriptions
of music and movies that reflect these ‘moods’, along with
discussion groups, links and sources of other information. The copywriting
task was to select the music and film examples, and to sum up each one
in just a few lines. Other text, for links and elsewhere around the
site, plus copy for a special edition CD, were also produced.
